Question 1. What time can we check-in?

Check-in opens at 4pm and closes at 8pm, you can go directly to you apartment where you will find someone waiting for you with the keys of the apartment. If you arrive outside those hours you can call those numbers  +39 0575 360 002- +39 333 53 96 913

Question 6. Are there some extra cost?

There are some extra costs to be paied in loco: final clearing 60,00€ for the three-room apartment and 40,00€ for the two-room apartment. Gas 3,60 x m3 for heating, hot water and kitchen.  Bed and bathroom linen change 11,00€ per person. Kitchen linen 10,00€. Guests are required to leave the kitchen clean, otherwise they will be charged 50,00€ more. Extra bed 11,00€/day. Crib 5,00€/day

Question 7. How can we pay the reservation?

Upon making the reservation a 100,00€ deposit is required for each apartment booked. Deposit can be paied by bank transfer or  by Visa, Mastercard and Maestro credit cards. Then balance will be paied upon arrival by VISA or MASTERCARD credit card, cash or wire transfer.
